To be eligible for a return:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pet care products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
